Nuestro Tucson

In partnership with the Spanish and Portuguese & the Gender and Women’s Studies Departments at the University of Arizona and REFORMA de Tucson, the Arizona Historical Society Library and Archives presents the Nuestro Tucson: The Move Towards Latina/o Civil Rights event series.

The series will include two film screenings with lectures, walking tours, and a poetry reading. The events will explore the rich history of Latina/os in Tucson from World War II through the 1980s.
